Information

All products with the exception of our headwear are handmade one by one out of a small garage turned workshop in Sydney, Australia.

All items are listed in Australian dollars and include GST.

Return Policy

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of shipment. 

Please chose your items carefully. No refunds will be issued for incorrect choice.

We do not accept returns for items that have been used, worn or damaged. 

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Vacate does not accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods in transit.

Payment Options

We accept credit card payment from Mastercard and Visa through PayPal. You can also pay directly through your PayPal account.

We will never store any of your credit card information.

Shipping

Please allow 2-3 weeks for shipment as some items are made to order by hand. If items are in stock they will ship within 3 business days.

We ship with Australia Post.

Shipping within Australia is free. International shipping varies by location.
